East coast Australian termite damage is extensive due to the many species of termites, which can cause millions of dollars in property damage annually. Damage can cost tens of thousands of dollars to repair and often goes unnoticed until it's severe, affecting structural timbers in homes, from the foundation to the roof.
Signs of termite damage
Mud tubes: Shelter tubes built along foundations, walls, or beams.
Hollow-sounding wood: Tapping on wooden structures may produce a hollow sound, indicating termites have eaten the wood from the inside out.
Discarded wings: Swarms of termites shed their wings, which may be found near windowsills and doors.
Swollen or blistered timber: The moisture from termite activity can cause wood to swell, especially in floorboards or walls.
Prevention is key, focusing on eliminating moisture sources, removing food sources like stumps, and sealing entry points.
Schedule annual professional inspections, as early detection is crucial for preventing costly damage.

Moths is my wardrobe, months in my pantry
The most common household moths are clothes moths which infest natural fibres and pantry moths, which infest stored food products. You don't see them flying around much as they tend to reside in your cupboards.
Clothes moths like the webbing clothes moth and case-making clothes moth have larvae that eat wool, silk, fur, leather and linen causing damage to your clothes.
Pantry moths, such as the Indian meal moth, have larvae that infest and feed on dry goods like grains, cereals, and flour.
Clothes and pantry moths can breed very quickly, with a new generation potentially emerging in as little as two to three weeks if conditions are warm. Adult females can lay between 40 and 160 eggs after emerging, and these eggs hatch in 4 to 10 days in warm environments, leading to a rapid population increase. The life cycle is accelerated in warm indoor temperatures, which can allow for multiple generations per year, especially with pantry moths.
Beach and Bush can treat the problem by break the breeding cycle.

Prevention and long-term control
Clean regularly: Tidy up your home, as clutter provides hiding places for spiders.
Seal entry points: Spray insecticide around exterior entry points like doors, windows, and vents to prevent spiders from getting inside.
Use yellow light bulbs: Change outdoor white light bulbs to yellow ones, which attract fewer flying insects, reducing a spider's food source near the house.
Apply a residual spray: Apply an insecticide spray to webs and hiding spots, then wait a day or two before brushing them down. This gives the spiders time to walk through the lethal dose left on the web.
We can assist and carry out all preventative and long term control methods

A female rat can have a breeding cycle of about three weeks, as they reach sexual maturity around 5–12 weeks of age, have a gestation period of 21–23 days, and can become pregnant again very shortly after giving birth. They can have up to six litters per year, with an average of 8–10 pups per litter.
A single mouse can have several litters a year, and because their young also reproduce at about six weeks, a small mouse problem can quickly grow into a large infestation.
Effective rodent control is required quickly and efficiently to prevent a small problem becoming and big problem.
